As part of the Northside Hospital family, Northside Hospital-Forsyth provides a wide array of services and a commitment to balancing clinical excellence with compassionate care, and is dedicated to providing a lifetime of care for women and their entire family. The 132-bed, not-for-profit community hospital and its three adjacent medical office buildings have more than 400 physicians and 1,300 employees.

In 2006, Northside Hospital-Forsyth opened its Center for Advanced Surgical Technology, with expanded surgical support services, so patients can be near family and friends. The beautiful three-story surgical center includes eight operating rooms, 17 post-anesthesia care unit (PACU) stations and other critical support areas. The Center offers the technology to perform a full range of procedures including general, gynecological, orthopedic, prostate, vascular, ophthalmological, bariatric and urological surgeries, and features a state-of-the-art "clean core" design, representing the most state-of-the-art concept in preserving a sterile surgical environment.

Northside Hospital-Forsyth is a leader in spinal surgery and was among the first hospitals in Atlanta to perform an artificial spine implant.

In 2008, Northside's robotic surgery program was expanded to Northside Hospital-Forsyth and the hospital currently performs robotic-assisted surgery for general surgery and GYN procedures.
